Birth & Fresh 48
Birth Photography is such an incredible gift to me. I get to witness life entering the world, I get to witness someone's very first breath. I get to watch people become parents. It is a huge honor to me to be invited into the sacred birth space. Out of respect for the birthing person when I am photographing I will blend into the background and do my absolute best not to disturb the energy in the room. I typically photograph the entire labor process and stay for the weighing and measuring of baby plus the immediate family members' first moments with them. For a Fresh 48 session I come up to the hospital within the first two days of life and photograph the family bonding with their new babe.
